

To facilitate the construction of the Inland Rail Project between Narrabri and North Star, the Explorer service was required to terminate at Narrabri instead of Moree for the duration of construction. To safely store the Explorer overnight, a turnback facility was required. This included the provision of a secure rail siding serviced by shore power, potable water, and driver facilities.
Engenicom was engaged by ARTC to provide project management services, ensuring the successful delivery of the Narrabri Explorer Turnback Facility.
