The Country Regional Network (CRN) contract with Transport for NSW involves managing and maintaining over 5,000 km of regional rail lines across NSW, ensuring infrastructure integrity and safety compliance.

Engenicom was engaged to provide audit services for the 2020 and 2021 Annual Works Program, evaluating JHR’s management of rail infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities included:

• Assessing structures, signalling, track, maintenance, and asset management compliance.
• Ensuring integration of risk management into project planning.
• Evaluating contractor management and HSEQ compliance.
• Reviewing procurement processes, corrective actions, and change management.
